Kalni pleasant side of nadi flows.
Kalni gone through riverside villages in the municipality canadipura road.
In Bangladesh, there are very few such beautiful places.
But the pleasant atmosphere is going to be lost because of unplanned infrastructure.
The population is growing.
The demand is increasing.
The market is becoming crowded area.
More settlements houses is going to be stopped.
There is no advantage to someone is not thinking.
The urgent need for the private benefit of other traffic and the road is closed.
The road is narrow passageway.
Derai municipal authorities do not have any initiatives to maintain the pleasant atmosphere.
Derai municipalities are rather lost beauty..
In this context, the sultans
Ideal children Niketan school children in front of the municipal authorities have made Public latrines!
What if the government Public latrines measure of money in front of the school children?
What development?
Development can be!
But I think it's savage development.
What could be a desirable development?
Unplanned development of the poorest of the poor in our identity is unnecessary to do?
What could that be desirable?
Of course not.
However anyone taking possession of public land next to the road or the like that are shared.
The main street in front of the movement of people to leave their own land for the benefit of five feet.
Some can not be tied to the movement.
But no one agrees.
Attractive and pleasant environment that is going to lose.
Although the application of the law that there is no law that can not be seen in practice.

Having lost the pleasant atmosphere.

মনোরম এক পৌরসভার কাহিনী !
বাংলাদেশের ছবির মতো এক সুন্দর এই পৌরসভা।
সুনামগঞ্জ জিলার দিরাই উপজেলায় অবস্থিত।
নাম দিরাই পৌরসভা।
এর পাশ দিয়ে বয়ে গেছে মনোরম কালনী নদী্।
কালনী নদীর পাশ দিয়ে চলে গেছে পৌরসভার রাস্তা চন্ডিপুর গ্রামে।
এমন সুন্দর স্থান বাংলাদেশে খুব কম আছে।
কিন্তু এই মনোরম সুন্দর পরিবেশ নষ্ট হয়ে যাচ্ছে অপরিকল্পিত অবকাঠামো নির্মাণের কারণে।
বাংলাদেশের প্রতি এলাকায় জনসংখ্যা বাড়ছে।
মানুষের চাহিদা বাড়ছে।
বাজারগুলো হয়ে যাচ্ছে ঘিঞ্জি এলাকা।
বসত বাড়ীগুলো হয়ে যাচ্ছে ঘণবসতিপূর্ণ।
কেউ কারো সুবিধা অসুবিধার কথা ভাবছেন না।
এমনকি শুধূ নিজেদের একান্ত সুবিধার কারণে অপরের চলাচলের রাস্তাও বন্ধ করে দিচ্ছেন।
সংকীর্ণ হয়ে যাচ্ছে চলাচলের রাস্তা।
দিরাই পৌরসভার এই মনোরম পরিবেশ বজায় রাখার জন্য নেই কর্তৃপক্ষের কোন উদ্যেগ।
বরং ক্ষেত্র বিশেষে পৌরসভাই দিরাইয়ের সৌন্দর্য নষ্ট করছেন।
এই প্রসঙ্গে উল্লেখ করা যায়-
শিশুদের বিদ্যালয় আদর্শ শিশু নিকেতনের সামনে গণসৌচাগার নির্মাণ করেছের পৌর কতৃপক্ষ !
সরকারী টাকা বরাদ্ধ হলেই কি গণসৌচাগার নির্মাণ শিশুদের বিদ্যালয়ের সামনে করতে হবে?
এই কি উন্নয়ন?
হতে পারে উন্নয়ন !
তবে আমি মনে করি এটা অসভ্য উন্নয়ন।
এমন উন্নয়ন কাম্য হতে পারে কি ?
অপ্রয়োজনীয় অপরিকল্পিত উন্নয়ন আমাদের গরীব মনের গরীব কর্মের পরিচয় দিচ্ছে কি?
যা কাম্য হতে পারে কি ?
অবশ্যই না।
যে কেউ যেভাবেই হোক সরকারী রাস্তার পাশের ভূমি দখল করে নিচ্ছেন বা এরকম মানষিকতা পোষণ করছেন ।
মূল রাস্তার সামনে নিজস্ব মালিকানার পাঁচ ফিট ভূমি ছেড়ে দিতে হয় জনগণের চলাচলের সুবিধার জন্য।
কারো চলাচলে বাঁধা দেয়া যায় না।কিন্তু মানছেন না কেউ।
এমন করে দিরাইয়ের দৃষ্টি নন্দন মনোরম পরিবেশ নষ্ট হয়ে যাচ্ছে ।
আইন থাকলেও এখানে তার তেমন প্রয়োগ নেই-,আইনের অনুশীলন করতে দেখা যায় না তেমন।
হয়তো বাংলাদেশের অনেক শহর একই কারণে শহরের স্বাভাবিক সৌন্দর্য হাড়াচ্ছে ।
যা খুবই দু:খ জনক।
এরকম পরিস্থিতি থেকে বের হতে পারছেন না কেউ।
যদি অপরিকল্পিত ইট পাথরের উন্নয়ন মানুষের দৃষ্টিকে বাধাগ্রস্থ করে,
তবে কোথায় থাকবে দৃষ্টি নন্দন শান্তি বিনোদনের জায়গা।
আর শ্রান্তিহীন মানুষ সৃজনশীলতা হাড়ায় ।যা প্রবিবন্ধীতার নামান্তর।
হয়তো তাই কবি বলেন-
‘ফিরিয়ে দাও সেই অরণ্য।’
সবাই নিজ নিজ স্বার্থে ভাবছেন;ভাবছেন না সকলের স্বার্থের কথা!ভাবছেন না পরিবেশের কথা ।
কারণ দায়িত্বশীল কেউ দায়িত্বের পরিচয় দিতে ব্যর্থ হচ্ছেন।
তাই কবি বলেছেন,-
‘সকলের তরে সকলে মোরা
প্রত্যেকে মোরা পরের তরে’।
