গোবর দিয়ে রান্নার শুকনো জ্বালানী তৈরী করা

বাংলাদেশের গ্রামে রান্না করার  লাকড়ির খুব অভাব
অনেকে গোবর দিয়ে রান্না করার জ্বালানী তৈরি করেন।
ছবিতে গোবর দিয়ে জ্বালানী তৈরী করা হচ্ছে।
পদ্ধতি –
প্রথমত গোবর গুলোকে একটি পাত্রে রেখে কিছু পানি দিয়ে পা দিয়ে দলে পেষ্ট বানানো হয়্।
তারপর খড় গোলাকার চাকতি আকারে মাটিতে বিছিয়ে দেওয়া হয়।
মাটিতে বিছানো খড়ের উপর গোবর লেপে দেয়া হয়।
রোদে শুকিয়ে এই গোবরের চাকতি গুলো রান্নার জ্বালানী হিসাবে ব্যবহার করা হয়।
এক বেলা রান্না করতে গোবরের দুটি চাকতি প্রয়োজন হয়।
